Mission
Our mission is simple, we want to help the public easily navigate the business world with a greater understanding of public approval and disproval of individual businesses.
Our goal is to create business champion standards that allow consumers to be protected from business scams as well as creating a standard that businesses want to uphold and take part in, increasing the overall safety of the business to consumer relations.
Our GBC Business champions must prove their dedication to integrity, honesty and customer satisfaction in their day to day business work. Beyond those basic standards, they must also have our in person standards met, with a 30 minute in-office inspection of business operations and office atmosphere as a whole. The separation between the GBC and other business rating systems is OUR dedication to standard by visiting each champion business as a recognition of their legitimacy as a company serving the public.
The GBC does not recognize or accredit any business as superior to another, nor do we recognize a champion status as an endorsement for the work a business does, nor does the GBC claim true legitimacy of any business on the site beyond the GBC Standards for Champion Businesses.
